Since CreateYourResume.in provides digital products (Resume & Cover Letter templates) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, we generally do not offer cancellations once the product is unlocked or downloaded.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. However, due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Refunds are generally not provided once a PDF or Word document has been downloaded.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service after payment, please contact us within 24 hours of your transaction.
  • In cases of duplicate payments for the same document, we will process a refund for the extra amount after verification.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund for duplicate payments or reporting technical issues, please email us at createyourresume.in@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Payment ID (provided by Razorpay)
  • Transaction Date
  • Reason for refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
